By accessing or using the Alvelite Lighting website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Products & Services
Alvelite Lighting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product line or service at any time without prior notice. All product specifications, technical data sheets, lumen outputs, CRI values, and beam angles are subject to manufacturing tolerances. Alvelite makes no warranty that product availability will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from those displayed on-screen due to monitor calibration differences.
Ordering & Payments
All orders placed through authorized channels are subject to acceptance by Alvelite Lighting. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless prior credit arrangements have been agreed in writing. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Warranty & Returns
Alvelite products carry a standard 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged goods in original packaging. Custom and special-order items are non-refundable. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, design drawings, photometric data, and software, is the exclusive property of Alvelite Lighting or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Alvelite intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvelite Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, or inability to access, our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Alvelite Lighting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
